Hey Y’all! This recipe makes your mornings so much easier … make the night before and go in the morning!
1/2 cup steel cut or rolled oats
1/2 - 3/4 cup milk or unsweetened milk alternative of choice
2 tbsp plain yogurt
2-3 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Optional toppings: Fresh strawberries, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, almond butter, coconut chips, chopped chocolate, almonds, etc.
1. Place all the ingredients in a jar, mix well, and seal tightly. Place the jar in the refrigerator and let sit overnight.
2. Once ready, taste and add any additional sweetener or milk if needed. Top oats with fruits or other toppings and enjoy!
